Your responsibilities

Design and modeling of ship and marine structures including execution of working documentation.

Our requirements

• Willingness to relocate to France for min. 1 year with guaranteed accommodation and recurring flights during the assignment
• Skilled engineer with higher technical education in Shipbuilding
• Min. 5 years of experience in hull working documentation development
• Good command of English (min. B1)
• Min. 3 years of hands-on experience in working with Cadmatic Hull software
• Good knowledge of Autocad software
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work independently
• Professional approach to assigned tasks
• Good problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements
• Good communication skills
• Creative mindset

If you are a natural born organizer, you feel comfortable working with documents, you are independent in carrying out your duties and working with people sounds like fun – we can’t wait to hear from you!

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring proper circulation of documents, correspondence and information
• Carrying out archiving process
• Preparing documents, letters and overviews
• Handling meetings with business partners and clients
• Organizing business trips and employee training courses
• Supporting marketing activities, organization of internal and external events
• Supporting our accounting team
• Assisting in preparing documentation for EU- founded projects
• Onboarding of new employees
• Workflow organization
• Ensuring proper office operations, taking care of space order and functionality
• Taking care of stationery and groceries’ supply
• Cooperating with building administration
• Ongoing administrative support to the Board and Team

Our requirements

• Higher education
• Minimum 3 years of experience on a similar position
• Good command of English (min. B1)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office environment (Word, Excel, MS Outlook and Power Point)
• Computer proficiency
• Highly developed communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Responsibility and professional approach to assigned tasks
• Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing scope of work
• Driving license (B category)
• Experience in keeping records of EU-funded projects is welcome
