1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Seatech Engineering (the “Company”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data of users of the website available at https://www.seatech.com.pl (the “Website”) and other persons whose data we may process.

We attach great importance to the protection of privacy and ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 („GDPR”), the Polish Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data, and other applicable laws.
