Terms and Conditions for downloading marketing materials
1. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the rules for downloading and using marketing and informational materials, including but not limited to leaflets, brochures, datasheets and other files (the “Materials”), made available on Seatech Engineering website accessible at https://www.seatech.com.pl (the “Website”).
By downloading any Materials from the Website, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
2. Website operator
The operator of the Website and the provider of the Materials is:

3. Purpose and scope of use
The Materials are provided solely for informational and marketing purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Materials do not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of applicable law.
The user is entitled to download and use the Materials exclusively for personal use or for internal business purposes related to potential cooperation with Seatech Engineering.
4. Intellectual property rights
All Materials available on the Website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of Seatech Engineering. Downloading the Materials does not result in the transfer of any intellectual property rights. In particular, the user is not entitled to:
- modify, adapt or create derivative works based on the Materials,
- distribute, sell, sublicense or publicly display the Materials,
- use the Materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent of Seatech Engineering, unless such activities are explicitly permitted by mandatory law.
5. Conditions of access and technical requirements
Downloading the Materials requires access to the internet and a device capable of opening files in commonly used formats (e.g. PDF).
Seatech Engineering does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website or error‑free operation of the download process.
6. Liability disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Seatech Engieneering shall not be liable for:
- any damage resulting from the use or inability to use the Materials,
- the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information contained in the Materials,
- compatibility of the Materials with the user’s hardware or software.
- The Materials are provided “as is” and may be updated, modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
7. Personal data
Downloading the Materials involves processing of personal data (e.g. user personal data, IP address, technical data). Such processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
8. Amendments to the Terms
Seatech Engineering reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, in particular in the event of changes to applicable law or the functionality of the Website. The current version of the Terms is always available on the Website.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Polish law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Poland, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.
